you have entrusted to us. We collect personal information in order
to confirm your identity, protect both you and Jameson from error
and fraud, service your needs, as well as to comply with the legal
record keeping requirements of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering)
and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMFTFA) in Canada. This personal information

1. Provided by you on account application forms
2. Provided in respect of transactions that you conduct with us and
3. Information we may use to confirm corporate or personal identity
including a consumer or credit reporting agency
We have developed and will maintain strict privacy standards in
order to safeguard your personal information. We collect, use and
disclose personal information only for purposes that a reasonable
person would consider appropriate in the circumstances. We may disclose
such nonpublic personal information about you to the following parties:
1. Financial services providers, such as banking institutions,
in order for them to carry out transactions on your behalf or to
conduct their required due diligence,
2. Auditors, regulators or inspectors who have access to all of Jameson’s
records
3. Computer service and other service consultants engaged to review
and/or enhance the security of our policies protecting client information
Regulators, investigators or other authorities when compelled by
court order or the like to produce confidential information
4. Other non-affiliated third parties as permitted or required by
law.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to
those employees who need to know that information. Our procedures
and systems have safeguards to ensure that your information is kept
secure. We will only keep your nonpublic personal information as
long as it is required to service your needs while you are a customer
and for a reasonable time following this, or to meet legal requirements.

with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic information, including
the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act,
